#4 and #5 should step out from the high post position and set screens near the three-point arc so #1 can dribble off their ball screens. Wing guards start low.

#1 should dribble off #5. As #1 comes off the screen, #3 should be spotting up in the corner and #4 rolls to the basket.

#1 can drive all the way to the basket, pass to #3 in the corner, or hit #4 coming to the basket.

If no shot, #2 should then back screen for #5 and then go to top of key.
#5 cuts backdoor off screen for lob from #1.

#1 should look for the lob pass to #5.
If none return ball to #2 at top
